- Drawing on 30 years experience, we advise and provide assistance to museums, historical societies and to the private sector in all areas of collection management, including but not limited to collections care and storage, disaster mitigation, cataloging, exhibition development, domestic and international logistics, courier services and staff training.

- Provided oversight for the care and preservation of the Museum's multi-millon dollar collection of over 12,000 objects, and temporary loans including the identification of potential risks and the development of innovative strategies to mitigate loss.
- Negotiated and administered the Museum's fine arts insurance policy.
- Drafted collection management policies and managed procedures for both accessioning and deaccessioning objects.
- Coordinated the transfer of ownership and/or auctioning of deccessioned objects and objects accepted for resale.
- Supervised all logistics related to incoming and outgoing artifact shipments from the design of packing containers to the routing and selection of conveyances.
- Oversaw the handling, examination and best practices for the installation of over 200 exhibitions involving thousands of diverse objects.
- Prepared and toured in-house organized exhibitions that traveled to venues throughout North America and internationally.
